Growth with Equity in Mindanao (GEM)
Expands economic opportunities for all people in Mindanao by:

Strengthening business support organizations to enable them to provide
services to their members
Expanding the production and marketing of high-value commodities
Constructing approximately 700 small and medium-scale infrastructure projects
Improving governance and education in the ARMM
Improving the investment and business climate in Mindanao through policy modification.
Targeted Intervention in Economic Reform and Growth (TIERG)
Funds policy development expertise on a national basis and also in areas vital to Mindanao's economy, e.g., ports and shipping, customs, local government, biotechnology, and anti-Corruption.
Microenterprise Access to Banking Services (MABS-M )
Assists Rural Banks throughout Mindanao to develop the capability to profitably provide loans and deposit services to microenterprises. Collectively, the participating banks have provided loans to about 150,000 new micro-borrowers .
