ORGANIZATION AND STAFF

USAID/Philippines is staffed with U.S. Direct Hire personnel, U.S. Personal Services Contractors, Locally Engaged (Filipino) staff, and about 50 implementing partner organizations from the public, private, civil society and academic sectors.

OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR
Responsible for direction, administration and overall management of the USAID Mission in the Philippines.

TECHNICAL OFFICES

  • OFFICE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND GOVERNANCE
    Responsible for conceptualizing, managing, and achieving results for the Mission strategy and projects in economic growth and democratic governance


  • OFFICE OF HEALTH
    Responsible for planning, managing and achieving results for the Mission strategies and programs in preventive and curative health services.


  • OFFICE OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT
    Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating Mission strategies and programs in the environment and energy sectors.


  • OFFICE OF EDUCATION
    Responsible for planning, managing, evaluating and achieving results for the Mission strategies and programs in basic education and job skills training for youth

SUPPORT OFFICES

  • PROGRAM RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
    Responsible for Mission-wide strategy, operations, planning, budget and reporting, disaster assistance, participant training, donor collaboration, gender and development


  • EXECUTIVE OFFICE
    Responsible for personnel, data management, travel, office services and administrative support


  • REGIONAL PROCUREMENT
    Responsible for negotiation and execution of grants and contracts


  • REGIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES CENTER
    Responsible for budgeting, accounting, payment, internal control and financial analyses and reporting
